I had a ton of help in pulling off a surprise party for Jimmy a MONTH in advance of his actual 30th birthday. He was surprised :) Thanks so much to everyone who helped and showed up!
We couldn't NOT still surprise him on his actual birthday...the kids and I decorated the kitchen with balloons, a banner, cards, and presents.

We took to the fair on Jimmy's birthday to celebrate with the Cloers. We celebrate all our birthdays together with them...it has become quite the tradition!
Wesley was just beside himself about being in a moving vehicle without being in a car seat! This was his first trip to the fair!

Momma doesn't play around at the fair...I eat. SO good...but I felt so bad afterwards. It was worth it.
The day after Jimmy's birthday, he got to play golf with his buddy, Sean. Caitlyn (Sean's wife), Blake (their little girl), the kids and I hung out and surprised Jimmy with his cake when they returned since we didn't get to do that on his birthday. All in all, I'd say it was good turning 30 for Jimmy!
This snow cone loving, golf playing, technology guru (in my mind), amazing daddy and husband is still a kid at heart...can't you tell? We sure do love him and I think I'll keep him around for at least another 30 years ;)
