Everyone has been posting the things they are thankful for on social media...I guess the Turners must join!  We are so incredibly thankful for the people God has providentially placed in our lives.  If I made a list, my fingers would get too tired...

Jimmy and I are thankful for our little family of three.  Every single day Grace brings joy to our lives whether it is through text messaging pictures and funny stories to each other about what happens during the day or when we go into her room every night just to stare at her...it never gets old!  Our marriage has become even richer since Grace came into our lives.

We are also thankful for our family of much more than three!  We have relatives all over the country and even though we don't get to see each other often, we are thankful for social media like this blog for letting us tell our life story.

Our friends are a huge blessing to us.  We have such a great community in Winston-Salem and are overly thankful that God placed us here for residency!  We are equally thankful for our friends that do not live in the same town as us.

Speaking of friends and family... our neighbor, David Cloer, came home this past week from Kuwait!  We have been counting down the days with Lindsay for a long time and God has indeed provided and protected David the whole time he was deployed.  Jimmy basically exploded with excitement when he heard their car pull into their driveway and the car doors close.  Things have quickly gone "back to normal" which means the boys spend nights in the "man room" playing video games and the ladies spend time watching DVR re-runs of New Girl.
