Easter 2015

I totally forgot to create an Easter post...this past month was so busy!  We made it a priority to spend extra time in the word with the kids as Easter approached.  After all, what is more important than celebrating Jesus sacrificing himself for us?

Grace's potato egg stamp craft from school.  I thought it was cute!

Timmy, Grace and Wesley are ready for our cul de sac egg hunt.  We also had an egg hunt in Rock Hill at my aunt and uncle's house.  I believe I posted those under one of my birthday posts since it was combined.

Thank you Aunt Lulu and Uncle David for buying and prepping the eggs!

Jimmy and I did put together Easter baskets for the kids, but we did not do the whole Easter bunny thing.  We really didn't want that to be the focus.  Grace is beginning to understand more and more and we are trying to be intentional about traditions that correspond with different holidays.  Absolutely no judgment if you "do" the bunny for Easter...we just chose not to.

Cute little snack I made for Grace's class.  Of course I stole the idea from Pinterest...Goldfish tied in a bag so it looks like a carrot.
