The summer is actually one of our most difficult seasons as a family because Jimmy and I both are 12 month employees. In addition, July is the "New Year" for incoming residents which can affect Jimmy's work schedule plus I work Monday-Thursday 10 hour days in the summer because of how the school system has things set up. I love my team and strongly believe in the work I'm a part of or it just wouldn't be worth it!
Anyways, enjoy our April update and many more to come here in the next day or so.
Easter 2019; Anna is wearing the same dress Grace wore @ 3 and the same dress I wore @ 3. My Nana made it and it was so special to be able to save the sweet dress.
My first born is 8. 8 years old...crazy and hard to believe. Grace, you are an avid reader of all things involving Greek mythology, you have a soft spot for animals, when you get really excited about something you talk so fast that no one can possibly understand what you're saying, you are kind and put others first, you had a little bit of a hard time this year but pushed through it and persevered like a champ. We are so proud of the lady you are becoming and pray that God continues to work in your life and that you may know him on your own accord.
Costco and the playground up the street for the win!
It was a bit windy and even randomly cold on your birthday party but we were so grateful for everyone that came!
Apparently it's a Bolivian birthday tradition to smash a cake into your face on your birthday...thanks for the idea, Leslie :).
Easter egg hunt at Grace's birthday party
Not sure where the rest of the Vegas pictures went BUT I was able to go with Jimmy on a work conference and got to meet up with my little brother, his girlfriend, and her family. SUCH a good time!!
