September Family Update 2019

It's really January 2020...that's how far I am behind!  As you can tell from my previous posts, being behind is the "new normal" and I'm strangely okay with it.  I post on social media pretty frequently but haven't been good about the blogging world.

September is always a crazy month with back to school, Anna's birthday, football season starting, etc.  This September was no exception PLUS we took a family trip to Washington D.C. (to keep Jimmy company at his conference, of course).  See separate post for those pictures!

We'll start with our three-year-old birthday girl!

Baby girl is 3 and by now we know to prepare for this age...threenagers are the worst! :)

Just because we were kind of coordinating by accident at church

Labor Day birthdays are the best for having cookouts!  We celebrated Anna's third birthday by inviting some friends over to our house.

Wesley's last day of daycare, with this teacher, Ms. Shonda.

Saying goodbye to Mr. Wayne, the pm parking attendant

Not really a goodbye here as they will be going to kindergarten at the same school!

First day of second grade!

Jimmy had a second conference this month and my parents graciously came down to help with the kiddos.  They are pictured here at the grandparent breakfast @ Wesley and Grace's school.

We love Dr. Kate!

Third grade is a big deal...she had been asking for colored hair, so after some conversation with my hair stylist, we came to a healthy compromise.

I think the turned out beautiful!

It's football season and you know we'll be on the hill with team Kittner!
