Christmas 2019-One of our favorites yet!

As this Christmas approached we were GIDDY with excitement!  It was the first time that all the family from my side had been together in a long time.  We were so grateful to be able to host everyone.  My mom and dad, aunt and uncle, brother and future sister in law all came!  My brother and future SIL (Kelsey) flew from Los Angeles, CA.

We had time to show them around Winston-Salem, share our home with them, go out to eat, ice skate, play fishbowl (SO FUN!), and be lazy, spending time together.  It was wonderful and we can't wait to be together once again in July for Jordan and Kelsey's wedding!!

Jordan and Kelsey had some special gifts to give out upon arrival.

All three kids were asked to be in the wedding in July!

I was asked to be a bridesmaid!

We had Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas day lunch over this table.  Such great memories breaking bread together!

Ice skating with Uncle Jordan & Aunt Kelsey (they called her that the whole time...it's basically already true!)

Christmas Eve family picture!  We were heading to the Christmas Eve service at our church.

I absolutely LOVE setting out gifts on Christmas Eve.  I love surprising the kids and both Jimmy and I remember our parents setting out gifts for us to walk down to on Christmas morning.

Christmas day!  She asked for a "soft" and a "hard" girl, superhero.  lol...there you go, baby!

Grace got a tumbling mat as she's really gotten into gymnastics.  Aunt Kelsey is the coolest!

The boys and their guitars

Uncles are the best climbing walls!

Christmas morning surprise!  Jimmy was insistent upon getting one...so he ordered it, set it up one night, and we were able to keep it a secret for several weeks!  We'll never be able to get away with it again...but it was definitely worth it.

Our Rapunzel

Grace received a cooking book for Christmas and we made pizza a few days after...from scratch!  It was delicious.

One last group picture before they headed to SC.

One of my favorite memories from Christmas was playing fishbowl with family.  It's basically differing versions of charades.  Girls vs. Boys.  Everyone got SO into it and it was just the best time!
