Grace had been asking to move thing around in her room and my natural instinct is usually to say "no". I realized she just wanted some autonomy in her room so we moved things around and it looks really nice! The bed was previously under the canopy.

My friend, Holly, did this one year (she probably still does) and I copied the idea. Each day in February we added a heart to each child's door that had something on it we love about them. The kids loved it and even took turns writing their own things. We needed that!
